A scalable editorial brochure system designed for print and digital lead generation across multiple academic programs.

CMI Business School needed a brochure system that could be consistently applied across multiple academic programs. The solution was a scalable editorial template designed for both print production and digital PDF distribution, making it possible to present each program clearly while maintaining a strong and unified visual identity.

Project Information

  • Project: Editorial brochure system
  • Client: CMI Business School
  • Format: Printed brochures and digital PDF brochures
  • Role: Editorial design, layout system, template development, and production adaptation
  • Tools: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Year: 2019-2020

The Challenge

The main challenge was to design a brochure template that could work across different academic programs without losing consistency, clarity, or visual quality. The system needed to support both print and digital formats while making the content easy to update and adapt for each new program.

Editorial Decisions

The Approach

I developed a modular editorial system that combined structure, flexibility, and brand consistency. The layout was designed to accommodate different program titles, images, and content blocks while preserving the same visual identity across the entire series.

Print and Digital Use

The brochures were designed and typeset for print production, while also being adapted as digital PDFs used for lead generation and program promotion. This dual-purpose approach ensured that the same editorial system worked effectively in both physical and digital contexts.

Visual System

The design relied on a clear page structure, controlled use of imagery, and a consistent hierarchy of information. This made it possible to organize academic content in a professional and accessible way across multiple brochures.
